The Steffani Conservatory of Castelfranco Veneto starts again with its concert season: six evenings dedicated to music in the wonderful setting of the Teatro Accademico.
The first appointment will be on Tuesday 16 January with the piano of Maurizio Baglini and Axel Trolese, who will perform Musica della Natura on the notes of Beethoven and Stravinsky.
Two appointments will enrich the calendar in February: Thursday 8 with the Cello Ensemble, who will delight the audience with the concert Cast...èo Cello School (Back to Castèo) on the music of Bach, Messaen, Piatti, Piazzolla, Schubert, Sollima and Tansman; Thursday 22 with the spectacular Homage to Spain to music by Albéniz, Boccherini, de Narvaez, Ohana, Granados, Mompou and Scarlatti.
Eva Ter Sarkisova - winner of the 33rd City of Vittorio Veneto Violin Competition - will perform with Filippo Faes in the Violin-Pianoforte Duo on Thursday 7 March. Thursday 21 March will be the turn of the A. Steffani Conservatory Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Roberto Zarpellon, who will perform on the notes of Brahms and Mozart.
The season will be closed by the Sax Piano Duo - Luis Lanzarini on saxophone and Damiano Lazzaron on piano - who will enchant the audience with music by Borne/Bizet. Haendel, Lazzaron, Piazzolla and Yoshimatsu.
