A mountaineer’s paradise in the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites

How many wonders are to be found among the Veneto mountains!

One of these is the Conca Agordina, considered the southern gateway of the UNESCO Dolomites. All mountain groups that surround it are world heritage, an exceptional natural environment, a treasure chest with a thousand facets. Such as for example the Civetta massif, the Kingdom of the mountaineers and of the 6th degree, or the Pale di San Lucano with their vertiginous steep walls, the peaks of San Sebastiano with the lunar highlands, the impressive and wild Monte Agner.

In the Conca Agordina ski area you will find many natural wonders to be admired in the silence of the mountains, likewise ideas for outdoor activities and also many possibilities for cultural visits.

Perhaps not many people know that in Agordo, the most important town in the valley, there is an interesting geological and mining museum and that in Rivamonte Agordino you can visit the Val Imperina centre with its copper mines exploited since the beginning of 1400!
