On Monday 6 May, Teatro Accademia in Conegliano welcomes journalist Massimo Travaglio and his new show 'I migliori danni della mia vita' to its stage.
At the centre of the show is the Italian political history of recent years and how generalist information has managed, in its account of current events, to influence voters' opinions. The story begins with Monti's arrival in the Italian government, and then analyses the work of Letta, Renzi, Conte and Draghi, up to the present day with Giorgia Meloni and Matteo Salvini's rise to power on the right.
Great space is also given to the description of the social status of Italians, who increasingly seek security in political extremism, and the role our country is playing in Europe and the world: the consequences of the current situation in Russia, Ukraine, Israel and Hamas, and the relationship with Greater China and the United States of America.
