The ingredients are all there: good food, romantic ambience and thrills at high altitude. Ascent with the illuminated 5 Torri chairlift, dinner at the refuge and descent by snowmobile: this is the proposal of the Averau and Scoiattoli refuges, which every Friday and Saturday evening, from December until the end of the season, organise dinner reservations that combine sport to be experienced at night, taste and starry skies.
You can therefore choose between one of two refuges:
At Rifugio Scoiattoli, which can be reached by the 5 Torri chairlift, the Lorenzi family will delight the most discerning palates with a vast selection of dishes, many of which are homemade just as tradition dictates.
At Rifugio Averau, which can be reached from Rifugio Scoiattoli by snowmobile, the Siorpaes family welcomes guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere, pampering them with high quality dishes.
For both, once finished dinner, the evening continues in the company of the moon and a hint of excitement with a descent by snowmobile.
