Two tasty weekends dedicated to delicious mountain fare are scheduled in Asiago in September. Made in Malga is an event for alpine cheese lovers who can enjoy numerous sampling opportunities (assisted by experts) of cheese paired with high-altitude wines and artisanal beers.

This is also an opportunity to promote a cultural movement representing the activity of the “malghe” (alpine shepherd huts). The event will also be attended by top producers, selectors, distributors, chefs, journalists and a huge number of enthusiasts. The programme includes workshops, tastings, and stalls with products to sample and buy inside the shops, bars, restaurants and hotels of Asiago which will host the local producers and their specialities; there will also be some interesting trips proposed to the ‘malghe’, and films about mountains.

For the many “Made in Malga” visitors, this will be an itinerant sensorial experience. The itinerary stages offer the chance to discover, taste and purchase the high-altitude delicacies.
