We are talking about Alpine Path no. 6, which is approximately 180 Km long. This route includes areas that have experienced a sharp depopulation over the years, hence the name "Alpine Path of silence." 

Made up of broad hiking paths and mule tracks, this Alpine Path is not particularly difficult on the rock but there are frequent stretches of treacherous terrain.
