Already in recent editions one of the most appreciated and enjoyable running events in Italy, Verona Marathon is a sporting event for competitors and for the many enthusiasts, always ready to run in the city of Juliet and Romeo!
The 24th edition of the Verona Marathon is scheduled for Sunday 16 November. As usual, there are three routes of 42 km, 21 km and 10 km. For the 42 km and the 21 km the start is from piazzale Olimpia - Stadio Bentegodi at 8.30 am; for the 10 km the start is at 11.00 am from Piazza Pradaval (300 meters away from Piazza Bra). Confirmed as last year the passage between 36 and 37 km inside the G. Duca militar zone in the Montorio Veronese area, which extends for 59 hectares, under the solemn gaze of the 85th Volunteer Training Regiment.
The event is organized by Veronamarathon A.S.D., with the patronage of the City of Verona and the collaboration of Città Sane, and is included in the World Athletics and Aims calendar, as well as recognized by the Italian Federation of Athletics.
