The 2021 edition of the Ottomarzo. Feminine, plural review kicks off on Monday, March 1st, promoted by the Equal Opportunities Department on the occasion of the International Day for Women's Rights. A rich program of events that, until May 5th, includes a series of initiatives proposed by important institutions of the city: along with various sectors of the City and Circoscrizioni, the University of Verona, the Hospital, the ULSS 9 Scaligera, some professional associations and numerous associations, starting from the Council of Women's Associations. The result is an important calendar of more than 40 appointments, offering opportunities for reflection, meetings, exchanges of ideas and experiences with women at the centre. Themes of the 2021 edition, around which the various initiatives are developed, are cooperation and female talent, gender impact of policies, equal pay at work, as well as violence and rights. ù
On March 8th, moreover, entrance to the city's museums and monuments is free for women and the 5 roundabouts in Corso Milano will be named after the same number of women who have made Verona great over the last century. The initiatives are free to enter/participate, unless otherwise indicated.
