Tiepolo250 is a cultural path to admire the works of Giambattista Tiepolo in the year in which the 250th anniversary of the death of one of the greatest artists of the Venetian eighteenth century is celebrated.
Tiepolo was particularly prolific in Vicenza, so much so that the project proposes a route in 5 stages: starting from the historic centre of Vicenza with Palazzo Chiericati (Civic Museum) and Palazzo Barbarano (Palladio Museum), then climbing up the hill of San Bastiano, still in the city, to admire Villa Valmarana ai Nani, we enter the green countryside at the gates of the city where Villa Zileri Motterle (in Monteviale) stands to arrive at the foot of the Berici of the majestic Villa Cordellina Lombardi (in Montecchio Maggiore).
The ticket is valid from 5 June 2020 to 31 May 2021, with the possibility for visitors to split the visits into different times over a year. It is on sale in the ticket offices of the three villas and at the Tourist Information office in Piazza Matteotti, thanks to the collaboration of the Vicenza è Tourist Consortium.
The full ticket costs 19 Euro, reduced to 15 Euro for children (12-24 years) and groups (+15 people) and 11 Euro for students. There is a family ticket for 52 Euro which includes 2 adults and 2 reduced. Children up to 11 years of age enter for free, as well as the disabled, tourist guides and journalists.
