An unmissable and overwhelming journey into the art of one of the greatest composers of the Twentieth Century: Ennio Morricone.

The Maestro has no need for many introductions: his wall includes not just two Oscars, but also three Grammy Awards, four Golden Globes, six BAFTAs, ten David di Donatello awards, eleven Nastri d’Argento, two European Film Awards, one Leone d’Oro for Lifetime Achievement and a Polar Music Prize, with more than 70 million discs sold worldwide.

His compositions have charmed entire generations and crossed various musical genres, making him the most important fil soundtrack composer of all time.

The challenge was, if ever, how to pay tribute to him in a way that is different from the usual. The instrumentals for the concert will be the provided by the prestigious Ensemble Le Muse, which boasts important international awards achieved precisely for this cultural project based on the figure of Maestro Morricone.

The special musical guest of the evening will be the seductive Angelica Depaoli, whose voice will enable us to relive the magical atmosphere of films that have marked the history of Italian cinema. At the piano, the founder and creator of Le Muse, their soul, maestro Andrea Albertini, who will guide the public through the career of the maestro, telling us the “stories” that lie behind these unforgettable pieces of music, enriching each tune with anecdotes, curios facts and historical notes.
