Christmas in Italy's Veneto region

The countdown is about to begin to when everything is transformed, thanks to the decorations and illuminations that give everything more sparkle. If you want to experience the magical atmosphere of Christmas, then come along and discover our traditional Advent markets. In the region's most famous cities and even in small mountain resorts, you can wander around traditional wooden huts to find original gift ideas and delicious delicacies to bring to your Christmas table. No worries if it's cold: cups of hot chocolate and delicious mulled wine will soon warm up your body and soul.


The Christkindlmarkt, Nuremberg’s incredibly popular Christmas market, will be held in the historic centre of Verona, from 15 November to 26 December. In the traditional wooden huts, you’ll find typical food and wine, handmade products and delicious delicacies. A unique opportunity to treat yourself to a special experience, surrounded by Verona’s magical atmosphere.

Cison di Valmarino

The Christmas event at Cison di Valmarino, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, is called “Stelle di Natale” (“Christmas Stars”). With a wide array of concerts, food and wine, decorations and gifts, there really is something for everyone. The Stelle di Natale event will take place on the weekends of 7 and 8 December and 14 and 15 December.
