Another extraordinary only date in Italy enriches the magical stage of the Arena with unique emotions: on 25 July 2022 the historic American band Toto will perform.
A rare opportunity to hear songs that are worldwide hits such as "Africa", "Hold the Line", "Rosanna" and "Georgy Porgy", but also the new album "With a Little Help From My Friends", released in 2021 and recorded in Los Angeles in 2020. The historic keyboardists Steve Porcaro and David Paich will not take part in the new tour, but a renewed line-up is planned that sees together with the two historical faces of Toto and the two session players Warren Ham and Dominique "Xavier" Taplin (already engaged with Toto since 2017 and 2018 respectively), John Pierce on bass replacing Shem von Schroeck, Steve Maggiora on keyboards and vocals, and Robert “Sput” Searight on drums replacing Shannon Forrest.
Toto is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1976, famous for a musical style that combines elements from rock music, especially progressive rock, hard rock, with pop, soul, funk, R&B and jazz, which makes them appreciated by a very diverse audience. In more than 40 years of career they have released 28 albums and sold more than 40 million records overall.
