Useful advice: Make sure you have your camera to capture the stunning landscapes
This route runs between the provinces of Treviso and Belluno and crosses the sweet rolling hills of Prosecco to the steep curves of the Dolomites. The route is about 300 kilometres long and can be covered in one day or spread out in stages.
The starting point is Conegliano, famous for its medieval centre and excellent wines, then heading north to Lago di Santa Croce. Coasting the Lake, we take the highway until Longarone, then join the road to Val di Zoldo. After reaching Forno di Zoldo, we continue to the Cibiana Pass, the point from which you descend towards Cadore and, across the SS51 of Alemagna, reaching Cortina d'Ampezzo where you can admire the views of the mountains of the Tofane, Cristallo, Faloria and the Nuvolau group.

From Cortina we travel in the direction of the Giau Pass until we meet Caprile, Alleghe and Agordo. Crossing the National Park of the Bellunese Dolomites we arrive at Sedico, the starting point from where we can discover fortifications built during the World War. Then comes the descent towards the province of Treviso, through Busche and then following the course of the Piave river.
From Busche we will go to Vas and then continue our descent into Valdobbiadene, entering into the heart of the Prosecco land through the charming villages of Vidor, Sernaglia della Battaglia, Pieve di Soligo and San Pietro di Feletto.
Along the way, there are numerous wine cellars where you can taste the local wines - Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze, red and white Colli di Conegliano, Refrontolo Passito, Torchiato di Fregona and Verdiso IGT - and several agritourism locations where you can sample traditional dishes.
