The Tiramisù World Cup is now in its 7th edition with numerous participants, including from abroad. Indeed, Tiramisù, an expression of the territory, is a universal calling card for the city.

In addition to the competitions and tastings, on Thursday 6 at the Museo Santa Caterina from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. there will be a talk on 'Coffee and Design' with Paola Bellin and Luciano Setten of [e]DesignFestival, while on Saturday 7 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., again related to coffee, there will be a seminar on 'Coffee and its Origins' with Elia Burbello, Hausbrandt Research and Development Manager, in the Sala Coletti of the Museo Santa Caterina. Finally, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday there will be the presentation at the Palazzo della Luce of the book 'Storia delle nostre paure alimentari, come l'alimentazione ha modellato l'identità culturale' (History of our food fears, how food has shaped cultural identity) by author Alberto Grandi.

The contestants compete in two categories: Original and Creative. On 6 and 7 October, the selection will take place, while on 8 October they will compete and the award ceremony for the Tiramisu 2023 World Champions will follow at 3 p.m. in the afternoon.

During the weekend, at the Loggia dei Cavalieri, you can taste the Tiramisù dei Campioni prepared by the winners of past editions, at the following times: 6 October (from 2pm to 6pm), 7 and 8 October (from 10am to 6pm). There is also the possibility of booking the Tiramisù online and purchasing excellent slices on Saturday 8 under the Loggia dei Cavalieri from 10:00 to 18:00.
