The event that revolves around sculpting, sun and sea, is back. From 24 June to 1 July, Caorle will be a hub of stone sculpting, with the Scogliera Viva Award.
The Award sets out to enhance the cliffside that divides the old town from the Adriatic Sea, transforming it into a true open-air contemporary art gallery. Artists from all over the world will work in plain sight of locals, tourists and visitors, transforming the selected breakwater cliff into a real work of art. During the period that the international sculptors are in residence, tourists and visitors can follow all steps of the creation process of the artworks, and chat to the artists.
The winning works will further enhance the beauty of a coastal walk, joining the other rocks sculpted in the Award competitions of previous years.
