In March and April, Renato Zero will go on tour throughout Italy, also stopping off at the Zoppas Arena, to re-embrace the audience that has always supported him. The new show of the artist, a revolutionary, true catalyst of energy and enthusiasm, is Zero a Zero: a Challenge in Music, between Renato and Zero, the two eternal contenders, on the notes of the most iconic songs that have been the soundtrack of entire generations.

Renato Zero is one of Italy's greatest singer-songwriters who made his debut in the world of music in 1967 with a 45 rpm single, Non basta sai/In mezzo ai guai. His career, which continues apace, is studded with successes. The evolution of his character from transgressive, provocative and alternative, with make-up and costumes, evolved over the years, replacing sequins with gestures and mimicry that became the vehicle with which he expressed his emotions, utopias, dreams, hopes, disappointments, joys and bitterness. His songs tell of him as a man and artist, love and sex in all its facets, and deal with topics such as paedophilia, gender identity, drugs, incommunicability, homosexuality, marginalisation, violence and spirituality, topics that were still taboo in the era in which he wrote them.
