Route details Difficultyaverage Length Km Difference m Duration Departure point Arrival point Recommended period

From the Middle Ages a weft of roads and routes has allowed pilgrims to reach the holy places.

Today, thanks to the Romea Strata, the original paths have been restored where tourists, like pilgrims in the past, may experience the walk as a spiritual food.

The Romea Strata has the characteristic of connecting abbeys and monasteries that still offer rest and shelter to pilgrims today.

The itinerary is split into five walks

1) Romea Annia from Concordia Sagittaria to Badia Polesine, 278 km

2) Romea Vicetia from Rovereto to Montagnana, 140 km

3) Romea del Santo from Bassano del Grappa to Padua, 50 km

4) Romea Postumia from Verona to Vicenza, 50 km

5) Romea Porciliana from Verona to Montagnana, 55 km
