Holidays at the thermal baths: anti-stress treatment also comes from the Euganean thermal spas where you can indulge in beneficial pampering and the therapeutic action of water and mud.

Among the many walks in the protected area of the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills, there is also this easy loop route that takes you to the top of Mount Fasolo. You will find yourself immersed in tranquil landscapes, an oasis of peace allowing you to enjoy the freedom and the benefits of "forest bathing".

The starting point is the Capitello of St. Anthony in Faedo di Cinto Euganeo; then follow the trail number 12, which winds through lush natural countryside of oaks, hornbeams and ash trees, dense woods that help you to disperse negative feelings in a real cure for body and spirit.

Among the tree species you'll encounter along the way are Judas trees, chestnut trees, the rare eagle fern, alkekengi (Japanese lanterns) and butcher’s-broom. You will also find the Great Beech, a monumental tree that is 18 metres high and under whose leaves you can rest, taking a deep breath and feeling its vital energy. Relax among the soft hills whose cone-shaped shape derives from ancient volcanic phenomena. Admire the surprising number of varieties of plants and flowers that you will find along the route, the expanses of vineyards and olive groves, and the long rows of almond trees that paint the landscape white every spring.
