Lake Garda on the Veneto side and its surroundings offer routes for all mountain bikers thanks to the special features of the land, which slopes gently from the rocky summit of Mount Baldo to the moraine hills bordering the river Mincio.

Starting from romantic Borghetto along the Mincio River in the heart of the moraine hills, and passing through the vineyards of Custoza and Lugana, you get to Peschiera del Garda.

From there you can reach Verona (bike path or train) or continue to the area of Bardolino and Garda, here the landscape changes and gives way to the first climbs, where the Gran Fondo was held and Olympic champion Paola Pezzo still continues to train.

From Garda, through Torri del Benaco - Albisano, you reach San Zeno di Montagna, known as "balcony over Garda", and from there, through Prada, you reach the top of Mount Baldo.

Do not miss the Malcesine- Monte Baldo Cableway, which takes you up to nearly 1800 meters of altitude in a few minutes.

From the moraine hills to Monte Baldo.

It is a path that allows the variety and richness of different natural environments to be admired, from the Mediterranean scrub up to the pastures and the rocks of the highest peaks, so that Monte Baldo is known by the nickname of "The Garden of Europe". The wild environment of this natural oasis is particularly evocative and its panoramas, plummeting to the lake, are breathtaking.
