Useful advice: In Platano di Caprino Veronese, it is worth a visit to see the 'Platano dei 100 Bersaglieri', the largest plane tree in Italy; 640 years old and 15 metres in circumference, it is considered a national monument.
The Verona Garda hinterland offers numerous opportunities for short trips by motorcycle: you can live a day in the open air in all seasons but perhaps the best season is autumn, to admire the rich colours. Visit places rich in culture and taste typical local dishes and excellent wines.

The proposed route is to depart from Pastrengo, located between the valley of Adige and Garda. The landscape is dominated by vineyards, olive tree groves and fruit trees, but also military forts and original medieval buildings. Continue to Rivoli Veronese to visit fort Wohlgemuth.

Then, take the road that winds between vineyards passing fields of white asparagus, a typical product of Rivoli. The next stop is Spiazzi di Caprino Veronese  where you can visit the beautiful sanctuary of Madonna della Corona (be careful as the road is full of hairpin bends). Jump back on your bike and head towards Caprino Veronese to visit the beautiful Palazzo Carlotti, home of the Civic Museum and then carry on to Costermano, Affi and Cavaion Veronese to admire some beautiful villas.

There is a fabulous panoramic view of the lake and, further inland, the area is rich in historical and natural treasures.
