The perfect destination for anyone who loves the mountains, sport and fun

Cortina d’Ampezzo, the “Queen of the Dolomites” has no need of presentation! City of art, traditions, rich in cultural events and indispensable destination for aristocrats and VIPs. Here, in addition to the fairytale scenarios of the surrounding landscapes, opportunities for recreation and entertainment are many.

SUMMER

Sport, fun, family life, relaxation: here in a nutshell is what Cortina d’Ampezzo offers guests during the summer months. Along the 300 kilometres of paths that cross the Dolomite landscapes of extraordinary beauty (Sorapiss, Antelao, the Croda da Lago, Tofane, Croda Rossa, Cristallo are just some of the peaks protected by UNESCO heritage) you can take part in every kind of open-air sport: trekking, rock climbing, via ferrata, mountaineering, mountain biking, rafting, and then golf, tennis and horse riding.

WINTER

In the Ampezzo valley you can ski from November to April on 120 kilometres of slopes. There are 6 ski areas: Faloria, Cristallo, Mietres, Tofana, Socrepes - Pocol, Falzarego - Cinque Torri, all linked by modern lifts and a skibus service. To make Cortina one of the ski capitals on a world level there are also cross-country trails, some to be done even at night, which wind through Tre Croci and Fiames. Wonderful scenery opens up to those who walk with snow shoes on the glittering expanses of snow or to anyone who chooses the emotion of a horse-drawn sleigh. The winter sports offer is truly 360°.
