From April 15th to July 31st, 2022, Verona Porta Nuova Station hosts the exhibition "The World of Banksy - The immersive experience" dedicated to the most famous unknown English artist in the world.
The immersive path of this new exhibition presents over 100 works of which 6 life-size murals never exhibited before including "Madonna with the gun" and "Migrant Child" and created by young international street artists who tell the world of the mysterious British artist, famous for addressing important political and social issues with irony.
Alongside the most iconic masterpieces that made Banksy famous all over the world, the exhibition also features a special video section, iBansky, which traces the history and social message of the murals created by the artist on streets, walls and bridges throughout the world.
Banksy's goal is to bring out the problems that afflict contemporary society through his works and to raise awareness on the issues of consumerism, war and power through the use of metaphorical, amusing, provocative and immediate images. visual impact.
This exhibition, like all previous exhibitions dedicated to Banksy's art, is not authorized by the artist. The exhibition is completely accessible. It can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. (last admission at 6.30 p.m.). Closed on Mondays.
