Attractions and Culinary Pleasures is a gastronomic event held inside the Radaelli Battery.
The proposed menu is the result of research into the food that was traditionally eaten during the Great War. This basically alternated between fresh food (mostly legume soups, beans, peas, lentils, barley and beef, pork and poultry) and canned food. The proposal thus translates into a modern-style reinterpretation of the dishes while maintaining the tradition of the raw material. The experience is rounded off with a special dessert, the 'Biscotto del forte' (fort's biscuit) representing the entrance gate of the Radaelli Battery.
Dinners at Batteria Radaelli will be held every Thursday until 18/09/2023 at 19:30.
