Following the great summer success of the personal exhibition of Fabio Vettori, “Ants on Marmolada”, the opening period of the exhibition is extended also to the Winter season 2022/2023 with the cable car opening times from 8.40 a.m. to 4 p.m.
At the Serauta station, this special and entertaining exhibition is well worth a visit, between an adrenaline downhill on skis and a cable car ride: the many colourful ants that populate the hall will take you on a fantastic journey.
Fabio Vettori was born on 4 July 1957 in Trento, where he still lives and works. From an early age, he showed a great passion for illustration, producing landscapes rich in detail. After enrolling at an institute for surveyors, a new horizon opened up for Fabio. It was during his first year, in 1972, that ants entered his drawings. His interest in detail prompted him to look for a subject that could multiply within the set created: 'that's why I chose ants'.
