Until 25 February 2024, Palazzo Sarcinelli in Conegliano hosts a new exhibition entitled "Giorgio de Chirico. Metaphysics continues".

Through 71 works, the visitor traces the painter's artistic path, analysing the development of his style and poetics. Great attention is paid to his iconographic innovations and ability to merge references to classical antiquity with the modernist pictorial style of the twentieth century. The exhibition offers works made in different artistic techniques such as painting, drawing, watercolour, sculpture and lithography. There is also a significant selection of de Chirico's main subjects, including the faceless Mannequins and the Troubadours, the Italian Squares, and the Towers. The section dedicated to the neometaphysical period is important, as the artist returns to the themes that populated the works of the first metaphysical period.

An admission fee is charged. The exhibition is open to the public from Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm; on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10am to 7pm.
