It will be a very intense start to 2024 for the Queen of the Dolomites and the entire Ampezzo valley, which from 11 to 13 January will host the Cortina Curling Cup for the first time, a stage of the prestigious World Curling Tour.

Over four days, the best 12 women's teams in the world will compete at the Olympic Ice Stadium in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The programme includes a first group stage, between January 11 and 12, after which 8 teams will participate in the final battle to win the Cortina Curling Cup on Saturday, 13 January.

Access to the Ice Stadium to watch the race is free of charge.

It is a high-level international event, included within a circuit that offers seven events for women in the 2023-2024 season: in addition to Cortina (the penultimate), events take place in Prague (Czech Republic), Tukums (Latvia), Bridgeport (United States), Miyota (Japan), Berne (Switzerland) and, again, Prague.
